It's hard to pick since I only read book 1... So you pick.

"Katara give it back!" Sokka exclaimed.

Katara ran in circles as she kept the small box out of his reach. "Forget it! There is no way I'm letting you eat this!"

Sokka snarled. "IT'S JUST CANDY!" He plunged for the box, only for Katara to twirl out of the way and Sokka getting a mouthful of dirt.

Katara gave a glare. "It's cactus candy! And after what happened the last time-"

"That was cactus juice, totally different! And it was just the one time!" Sokka protested.

"I'm not taking any chances!"

"You're over reacting!"

"That's easy for you to say! I was the one that repeatedly had to stop you from trying to dump water on Toph!"

From their seats against the wall, Zuko whispered to Aang and Toph. "I wouldn't have bought that candy if I knew it would cause this much trouble. What's the big deal about it being made from a cactus?"

Aang shrugged. "No clue. Toph do you know?"

The earthbender sighed. "You don't want to know."

Oz was not sure what had just happened. He had been sleeping contently in his chair, when suddenly, something hard whacked his head, shaking him awake.

Gripping to the arms of the chair, Oz looked to see a scowling Alice holding a book which he assumed to be the object that hit him. "Why didn't you tell me?" she asked.

Oz blinked. "Tell you?"

Alice twitched as she pointed to the title of the book. "That you had a book written about you?!"

Oz read the title and laughed. "The Wizard of Oz? Oh boy, Alice that book isn't about me."

The girl blinked. "It's not? But it has your name-"

Oz shook his head. "It was my mother's favorite book, so she named me after it."

Alice stared at the book and looked back to Oz. "So is the Oz in the book the hero?"

"Nope, actually Oz is a city in a magical land." He folded his arms. "A girl travels there, and there's a talking scarecrow-"

"Wait," Alice cut in raising up her hand. "You were named after a made up city?"

Oz nodded.

"No wonder you're so weird, you have the weirdest name in existence."

Oz smiled and laughed. "I can read it to you if you want. I use to read it to my little sister all the time."

Alice blushed. "I'm not some little kid that needs to be read to." She turned her back to him. "However, if for some odd reason you decide to read it out loud for yourself, I won't object."

Oz laughed as he took the book and began at chapter one.

The wagon gently bumped up and down along the road. Lina yawned. "This is the slowest wagon we've ever hitched a ride on. It will take a month to get to Atlas City."

Gourry stretched. "You're exaggerating. Besides, I rather go for a nice ride over a rough fast wagon."

Lina moved to his side. "Figures a jellyfish brain would want to go slow." She leaned back and shut her eyes. "I prefer going faster to save time."

Gourry laughed. "My grandma use to say, you need to stop to smell the roses. So if you ask me-"

Lina suddenly slumped against his shoulder. The swordsman glanced down to find a sleeping Lina. He smiled and wrapped his arm around her. "Going slow has it advantages," Gourry muttered.
