I think Fruits Basket is one of the best love triangles I have ever seen handled. In the beginning you're really not quite sure who is going to end up with whom, but as the story continues it's made perfectly clear and made me quite satisfied. The author did a great job developing the characters and I liked how even though Yuki realized Tohru was more of a mother figure to him, she will still be an important person to her. And, seriously, if you read the ending and don't get touched by the last scene of Kyo and Tohru you have a heart of stone. XP
