Best and worst trait of Fluttershy?

I would say her best trait is that even though she can be shy and nervous she doesn't back down when her friends need her. She was literally turning to stone, but she yelled and stared down a cockatrice head on and won! How awesome is that?
Worst trait, could be that she doesn't speak up for herself as often as she should, but the girl is learning.
Overall, she's probably one of my favorite characters
