Favourite Applejack scene

Applejack is one of my top favorites, but picking a specific scene is hard. If I had to pick I would say it was the whole Applebuck Season episode. With that said, I've always enjoyed Applejack's interaction with Applebloom.
You can tell the two are related but different at the same time.
