A Month From Tomorrow
Apr. 18th, 2012 05:30 pmSo, a month from tomorrow is my wedding. *begin to panic now* It's hard to believe, but thankfully we have most of the stuff done. Stu and I just finished buying the meal plan and tickets for Disney World yesterday. On Monday, I'll be away for three days since Mom and I are heading to Maine for some shopping. We figured we've both earn a girls only trip before the wedding and we need some new clothes anyway. I can't wait.
Fandom wise, I got a few things to watch this weekend, not only is there a new episode of The Legend of Korra, but there's the season finale of MLP, and a new episode of Thundercats.
Then of course there's the fact that I just added The Green Lantern Animated series to my watch list. I just watched the first two episodes and I got to say this is definitely a series I want to watch. You can tell by the first two episode that this is one of those series in which the writers are going to take the kids seriously. The tone feels similar to The Justice League series if that makes any sense.
It's funny, I remember as a kid that this time of year was when a lot of seasons/series would be ending and thus the summer is the season of reruns. However, in the last few years they've started to make the spring the second time in which a lot of new series would start and air over the summer. It's just funny how things change.
