Cake Class Finished

eastofthemoonMom and I graduated yesterday from our cake class. I'm so glad we took it, I did learn a lot including on how to use different icing tips. There are other more advance cake courses I can take, but I'm just happy with this one for now.
It was also fitting in that yesterday was Stu's birthday, Mom and I decided to torment him by each of us making him a different cake and he has to decide which is better. XD
Mom made a peanut butter cake while I made German chocolate one.
I'm going to try to make some cupcakes for my friend Jon's birthday. I promise to take a picture if I do.
In other news, Megs and I have both been getting into homemade card making. I've decided this year I'm going to try to make all of my Christmas cards. I thought it would be a fun challenge, I may also send out some Halloween cards while I'm at it.
