Cookies and Drawing.
Jun. 5th, 2008 05:54 pmI finally remember to type up that recipe for the chocolate drop cookies I baked for anime north.
Chocolate Drop Cookies
Ingredients
2 cups sifted flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 ounces (squares) chocolate
½ cup shortening, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Melt chocolate and add to melted shortening. Add sugar, egg, milk and vanilla, then add sifted ingredients. Drop from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
Makes about 36
It's a fairly simple recipe, but it's been my favorite cookie recipe since I was 3.
Also,
secondlina here is the watercolour version of the birthday card I made for you.

I love Zel with a top hat and you know what...I got an idea to try making a doujin with Alice Amelia and Hatter Zel. It will probably be a short one, but I would like to make a comic since the last one I made was 5 years ago and my drawing skills have improved since then. ^_^; Hopefully, it won't take me too long to make it.
