Yes, I've caught the meme bug from ichiban_victory and dqbunny and started the Disney 30 Days meme. Note, I changed the last three questions on the list since I've never been to any of the Disney theme parks. For anyone else who wants to do this, but haven't been to the parks, feel free to steal.



Day #1: Your Favorite Character


I love Stitch. I knew I grew attached to this guy from the first time I watched Lilo and Stitch. He's probably one of the most chaotic Disney character created. I remember when they were promoting Lilo and Stich, they had a series of trailers of Stitch appearing in other Disney films. They still crack me up.

Also, what I like about Stitch is that, he's not just a random crazy animal. He's just a creature who wants to be loved and is very loyal to his family (especially Lilo) and heaven help you if you threaten any of them. Also, Stitch is one of few characters that looks awesome in any costume you put him in.

Hmm, I think you just solved my dilemma. ^_-

That's still so sad you've never been to any of the parks! I'm getting a bit nervous we will have to delay a trip since we're both lacking an income at the moment, but I hope soon we can expose you to the wonders of Walt Disney World. I really like that you changed the end of the meme to fit your situation. I'd be tempted to answer those as well!

Heh. As long as we get to Disneyworld eventually in the next two years, i'm happy. So you guys definitely can take the time to gather income. I have savings, so i'm good for whenever. Gimem a date, and i'm there in a cartoon dress and with a big smile.

If we have to change the date, that's fine with me. We did think fall 2011 or something would be a good back up plan. Besides, we were going to wait until the fall before making any final decisions. As Isa says, as long as we get to go in the next two years that's fine with me.

Whether or not you guys change the dates, it's fine by me. Next fall as a backup plan sounds good, and now that I know how vacation schedules work at work, it'll be easy for me to switch weeks, etc. if needed.

I adore Stitch too. Lilo and Stitch is a movie I haven't seen very often, but it's just adorable.

(And since it's been so long for me, I'm going to tweak Days 28-30 as well. Good suggestions!)

Lilo and Stitch is both adorable and also heart warming. I love how Nami and Lilo could drive each other insane but you know they would do no matter what it took to stay together.

The marketing campaign for Lilo and Stitch was one of the most brilliant things ever! I really hope whoever thought it up was richly rewarded.

Me too! It was such a clever way to do it. Granted, they couldn't do it with any other Disney character because no one is as crazy as Stitch, but that is what makes Stitch so special.
