Date: 2010-08-28 05:53 pm (UTC)I do love how the Emperor does say something very profound, but sadly it's totally wasted on Shang, so he has to simplify. That always made me smile. Pat Morita, rest in peace. You are missed!
What's to say about Stitch that hasn't been said? Nothing like love to make even the most spoiled child actually figure out what's really important. I loved the interaction between Stitch and Nani here.
I took Rafiki's sage advice to heart in my youth. It really is true that it's better to learn from past mistakes than to avoid them and expect them to go away. It doesn't work like that! It does take a certain level of maturity to be able to do that though. (I also love how Rafiki totally shrugs off Mufasa showing up to just being peculiar weather!)
