Okay, there's actually a tie for the best kiss. One's from Slayers and the other is from Pretear. Be warned, I'm putting these under lj cut because both are BIG spoilers. So if you haven't seen Slayers or Pretear and don't want to be spoiled for the ending, don't look. You have been warned.
Ah, one of the best L/G moments in Slayers. I love the kiss between Lina and Gourry. It's a big moment of YES, especially with everything else these two have been put through during the ending of Next. Too bad neither of them seem to remember (although if you ask me Gourry is just playing dumb XP) but it's still awesome to watch.
Since Pretear is suppose to be a version of Snow White, there has to be a kiss and they did it very well in this anime. The ending of this series still gets me teary end (can you tell it's the same creator as Princess Tutu?) The series also did a wonderful job building up the relationship between Himeno and Hayate. So, seeing them share a kiss in the end is very satisfying. Seriously, if you love or just like magical girl anime give this show a look and hey it's only 13 episodes which is rather short for a magical girl show.
