I'm back from spending the first day on cash. I had to laugh, at my last retail job everything to be done by hand, but the cash here is much more efficient and easy. It took a while to wrap my head around such a concept. XD

Anyway, feet are tired but it will just take getting used to retail again and hey it's money growing in the bank. ^_^ Overall it was a good day, although I'm trying to not to tempt myself to use my 40% employee discount until after I get a few paychecks. XD


Day 11 - What is your dream pairing?



I'm choosing Fakir/Ahiru as my dream pairing because I think they're one of the best examples of how to develop a potential relationship in any story. They're not friends at first, in fact they can't stand each other but over time they trust and even lean on each other for support.

This couple proves just how vital good story telling and plot development is make create an instant couple. I've seen too many couples who were just thrown together for the heck of it and thus it didn't feel as fitting or as realistic, however you get that sense of feeling with Fakir and Ahiru. By the end of the story you can easily believe they can become a couple (once a few loose ends are tied up. *cough*). They're relationship is developed just right, it's not too fast but it doesn't drag on either. This is one of those series when even the filler type episodes have elements of plot in them, so they make it still worth watching.

Anyway, it would be great if all couples in stories could get his much thought put into them.

Huh...I thought 'dream pairing' meant a pairing that you wish actually DID happen, because it didn't. O=

Yeah, but I felt that question was too similar to some of the later questions. So, I decided to interpret the question differently. ^_~
