Finally!

After almost a week, I can FINALLY access LJ again! I know it's not their fault but man, this was frustrating.

I don't have time to look over my friends page now, but I promise to catch up later.

Also, I have invites to dreamwidth if anyone wants to back up their LJ there from now on.

Do you know why lj was down again? Was it another bot attack or something?

Dreamwidth? Is anybody on dreamwidth? I don't really have anything worth backing up there really, but so many people I know have spoken about it.

It was another massive DDoS attack because of the Russian elections, but I really don't care to read about it. Russian hackers is still not a cool thing, man!

I still don't feel like joining Dreamwidth because I'm just that stubborn and I am not giving up on Live Journal.

I do need an email, if anything else, dreamwidth is just a good way to back up your LJ so you don't have to worry about losing every thing.

Dreamwidth has a way so that you can import stuff from LJ directly, so it's not that much of a hassle. If anything, it's a good way to back it up.

Yeah, and the format is the same, so it's easy to use.

I'd use it more often and have it automatically post things to my LJ (like other friends of mine do), but there's no client for it yet. I like using a client to post because if something happens, it automatically saves a draft of your post so you don't have to retype everything, which I have used more than once.

I got an invite e-mail from DQ and I'll probably be setting a Dreamwidth account up soon just for back-up purposes (and to play around in next time LJ goes kaput :P).
