Rita from Tales of Vesperia- She's the only sorceress who I can say is as easily destructive as Lina Inverse. Two words METEOR STORM!
Rarity- I actually didn't like her as much as the other characters at first, but after the art of the dress and the diamond dogs episodes I ended up loving her, especially after this scene:
Rapunzel- Next to Belle, my favorite Disney princess. Wish I was able to pain my room to look like hers.
Ryoko- from Okami-san and her Seven Companions, for those who don't know it's an anime with a lot of fairy tale references. Ryoko is the "wolf" character for the show and she's an interesting character in that she acts tough, but she is shy and quiet on the inside.
Rizzo the rat from the Muppets- Rizzo is always good for a laugh in the show. I do love how he tend to teamup with Gonzo, this is one of my favorite clips of them together.

Also, the "Light the lamp, not the rat!" has to be my favorite scene.
