Kingdom Hearts manga

Fall is coming! You know what the first sign is? You have to put on your socks as so as you get out of bed because it's too cold. That's the first sign for me anyway. It's starting to get colder in the morning, but then it warms up later. I love fall though! I'm so lucky that I live near a bunch of trees. I just love when the leaves all change colours.

The other day I also bought the Kingdom Hearts manga. That's right! They finally made a manga verison. I'm not sure why I bought it, but I did and it was real cheap for a manga too. I have to say I've never actually played the game, but after reading the manga, I want to play the game now.

The art style is really cute, but I find the plot a little too fast paced. To me, the characters don't have to time to take a breath and realize what's happening to them. The manga goes exactly like that game, or so I'm told. I'll have to play the game to find out for myself. It's not a bad read, but it's not as good as say "Fruit Basket" or "Slayers". I still like it enough to buy the next volume when it comes out.

Although, it's weird seeing all these Disney characters I've known all my life in a manga. It would be so weird as an anime! I just can't imagine Donald Duck or Goofy speaking in Japanese.

I hate when I have to start wearing socks everywhere around the house... (I much prefer not to wear shoes or socks!) I love Fall though! I just hope we get to have a decent Winter this year, too. ^_-

Kingdom Hearts always looked weird to me. Disney is really popular in Japan though (and for good reason), but I still think it a stretch to toss Final Fantasy and Disney characters together. *shrug*

Fall is great, but it's such a nice feeling to go barefoot and just put on sandels when I have to go outside.

Yeah it is a stretch, but I find it's cool game by itself. I just find it has a good plot. It's still weird though, but maybe that's why it's so popular. Is Disney more popular then it is in North America? I do remember reading that the creator of Astro Boy aka the "God Of Manga" was influenced by Disney's style and that's where the tradition of Big eyes in anime started.
