Okay here goes...

"Come in Howl" Sophie said without even looking up from the soup she was stirring.

Howl slowly moved toward her, with Califer floating close behind him. "What are you making Sophie?"

There was no response and Howl sighed. "You're still angry? Sophie when I said you should put some excitement in your cooking I did not mean it as an insult..."

The wizard was cut off as Sophie shoved a spoonful of soup into his mouth. "How is it?"

Howl paused to taste and then swallowed. "It's quite tasty. What is it?"

"I'm not quite sure. I got the recipe from of the cook books under your bed."

Howl's face turned green. There were no cook books under his bed. There were however an old collection of potions that had frog eyes, bat ears, duck feet and other disgusting things listed as ingredients.

Instantly, Howl dashed from the kitchen and headed to the bathroom.

Califer blinked and looked into the pot. He then glanced to Sophie. "When are you telling this is just potato and tomato soup?"

Sophie stirred the soap. "When he's done in the bathroom." She smirked. Howl would think twice before insulting her cooking.
