Well, I'm finally starting to work on a couple of assignments this week. I think it will be a lot easier since I have a bit more time to work on them.

On a fun note, I have been working on a few Slayers drabbles, so you can be expecting a few new drabbles being posted here soon.

In case you don't know, Spamalot is the live action musical version of "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" I picked those three songs because they amuse me and I thought they would nicely represent the silliness that can happen. ^_~

The songs are pretty good! The spamalot ones make me feel like drawing the Panel's gang doing a parody of the holy grail story (that could be hilarious).

"take a shot" by Mizuki-san is pretty good for an "intro" tune. I never heard it before! *transfers to mp3 player* I wish I had the lyrics in english...I could draw something for it. It tried finding them: dind't manage to.

Actually "Take a Shot" is not the opening song, but it plays during one of the episodes and I always thought it was a cool song. I did try finding the English lyrics, but no luck so far. However, I give it another go and I'll let you know if I find anything.

It's from from the anime series Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=4576)
It's a really a popular series in Japan but it hasn't been brought over yet, so a lot of people haven't heard about it..

It's a bit like Card Captor Sakura except that each season is only 13 episodes (and they're making a third season to it) and there is a bit more plot (no offense to CCS fans, I did enjoy that series but I just liked Nanoha more.)

Spamalot is an excellent musical...even if it has many naughty parts. I bet you'd love the Diva's Lament! If earthstar_chan doesn't get them to you before, I can send them over as well.

I'd have to add Always Look on the Bright Side of Life to my list, if I ever made one. ^_- I may have to pull up my Spamalot playlist now..
