I rather have to laugh at this all "Toy Story 4 will be the last movie!" stuff I see because that is why they said about Toy Story 3, and then we heard rumors about the 4th movie in just a few months.

On a side note, I will admit, I don't get excited about Pixar movies like I use to back in the day (and this was before the whole creepyness of the John Lasseter mess got revealed). I mean, I liked Coco but I haven't felt much excitement for their movies. I'm slightly curious about "Onward" but I'm not expecting it to blow my mind like when I was younger.

Granted, part of it could be I'm just so picky when it comes to movies these days. Considering how hard it is to find the time to watch a movie around settling the kiddos, and the other stuff I want to do in my kid free time, a movie has to really intrigue me in order to convince me to waste my time on it.

I think part of it is what Pixar was doing was genuinely exciting and new at the time and now it's just par for the course that there's gorgeously animated CGI? So you gotta sell me on the story again, and while Pixar is pretty good at that overall it's a higher bar. Add to that the fact that I don't have the time and energy to watch a sizeable percent of what I *do* want to see, and... Yeah, same hat.

There are just so many animated movies now, and I only have so much time I can waste to watch them. It's just really has to grab my attention in order for me to take the effort to watch them.
