Just this month, the Barenaked Ladies released their first childern's CD called snacktime. I found one of the animations that was made for their songs 7,8,9 I love that fact that it's written for kids, but there are jokes in it that adults would find funny too. It had my mother laughing when she saw this.

Isn't it great when these groups write music that's kid-friendly? If you've never heard of They Might Be Giants, you ought to check them out. They've written clever (nerdy! :D) music for adults for a long time, but now they're also writing music for kids. Here's an example a classmate showed me:

If you ever watched Tiny Toon Adventures, there was one episode where they showcased two songs (Particle Man and Istanbul (Not Constantinople)).
