Yesterday I went to my job interview, I got a few surprises.

First of all, it turned out to be a group interview. It was surprise to me, but I was rather glad. I felt better knowing that there were two other people who were just as nervous as me.

Also, apparently Chapters is hiring 6 people for seasonal staff. In other words, if I do get hired I would be working by contract and only until after the Christmas season. However, there is a chance that if some other people leave then some of the seasonal staff can get hired on to replace them.

I wasn't planning for a seasonl job, but right now I'll take what I can get. Anyway, I think my interview went fairly well. Now, my group was the first to interview, so the manager has to interview a few more groups before they can start making any decisions. If I'm lucky, I'll get called for a second interview and then we'll see what happens. I do think I have a good chance. (crosses fingers)

Also, I recently discovered Yugioh abridged. I swear it's one of the funniest things ever. You don't need to have watched the original show to get most of the jokes.

Today was probably one of the best days I've had in a long time.

For starters, I got a little extra money today from the government. (Extra money is always a nice thing ^__^)

Then I had my eye doctor's oppintment. One of my eyes has been really watery and I was so worried that the doctor might have to clear my tear ducts by flushing them (I went through it last time and it's not fun) but she didn't have to do that at all. I have to boke another appointment for her to fix them, but it's not going to be nearly as bad (or painful) as I had thought.

Then to top all of it off.... CHAPTERS CALLED!!

My interview is tomorrow. (does happy dance) Finally, I have a good chance at working at one of my most favorite stores. If I do work there, I'll just have to make sure I don't spend my hours reading all of the books there. XD;

If things work out, I can start saving moving for buying X-mas presents and for future trips like visiting gullwhacker and hoping save enough to go to Anime North this year.

Also, for awhile I've been thinking of starting another journal just for my fanfics like dqbunny does with bunnyofferings What do you guys think? Do you think it would be worth it for me to do? I wouldn't mind hearing opinions.
