Give me a fandom (or a few) you know I know of and I'll tell you exactly* what I think of:

1. The character I first fell in love with.
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now.
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't.
4. The character I love that everyone else hates.
5. The character I used to love but don't any longer.
6. The character I would shag anytime.
7. The character I'd want to be like.
8. The character I'd slap.
9. A pairing that I love.
10. A pairing that I despise.

1. The character I first fell in love with.
Katara

2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now.
Zuko

3. The character everyone else loves that I don't.
Azula. Sorry, but I just don't like the girl. Way too arrogant and.....she was a VERY scary child.

4. The character I love that everyone else hates.
Um....Suki

5. The character I used to love but don't any longer.

Zuko

Iroh. ^_^

8. The character I'd slap.
Azula. I'm just waiting for the moment when she gets the shock of look on her face when one of the characters actually defeats her.

9. A pairing that I love.
Katara/Zuko
10. A pairing that I despise.
Zuko/Mai (and no it's not just because I love Katara/Zuko)
I just don't think that Mai and Zuko would work as a couple. When you consider all of the hardships the guys had been through (ex: father burning him, being exilled, hunted down like a fugitive, etc) he needs a person he would feel comfortable to talk about this stuff with. Mostly likely someone who can understand his pain. Katara or Song would fit since both have experince similar pain. (Katara losing her mother and her father leaving to go to war, Song losing her father and being burned by fire nation soilders)
Mai however never had that kind of experince, plus I'm just not sure if she would take the time to try to understand Zuko, but then again maybe the girl will prove me wrong. However, I would have to see it to believe it.

Zelgadis. I can't explain it. I guess I like the mysterious types.

2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now.
Amelia. I wasn't crazy about her at first but I then I began to love her as the series went on (especailly during Next.)

3. The character everyone else loves that I don't.
Xellos. Can't say that I hate the guy, but he's a character I don't care much about. Which is probably why I don't write about him very often in my fanfics.

4. The character I love that everyone else hates.
Hmm.....I guess it would be....Sylphiel. She's not the strongest character, but the girl does try to help when she can.

5. The character I used to love but don't any longer.
That didn't really happen to me with Slayers.

6. The character I would shag anytime.
Human Zel. (chimera Zel might be a bit painful. @_@)

7. The character I'd want to be like.
Lina/Amelia

8. The character I'd slap.
The Golden Dragon Elder in Slayers Try. (Forget his name.....did he even have one?)

Xellos/Lina. Sorry, but I can't see Lina dating Xellos even if Gourry wasn't around.
